Raila's aide want Chirchir blocked

Former PM Raila Odinga’s campaign manager Eliud Owalo has said that he will have David Chirchir rejected from his appointment as secretary of energy and petroleum. In a statement, Owalo faulted President Kenyatta for the inclusion of politicians in the new look cabinet saying, it did not auger well with the Jubilee campaign promises. In the 12 list of nominees unveiled yesterday, Uhuru nominated Charity Ngilu, former Water minister and Najib Balala formerly of Tourism to Lands and Housing, and Mining dockets respectively.
