Ngilu, Balala useless to Uhuru politically, thier appointment an act of PR

Uhuru Kenyatta must be wishing that he never took on Balala and Ngilu into his campaigns, this is because these two people are complete useless idiots politically to Uhuru's bid to retain his reigns at the state house. This is because both this people did not deliver any meaningful votes to Uhuru. Their appointment is a pure act of PR, for Uhuru to be seen as a honest man who keeps his word. Infact sources say Uhuru men never wanted anything to do with Balala/Ngilu after the election exercise. They wanted them to be dumped like an expired piece of cloth. The only reasons that catapulted their appointments is due to regional balance.
