Ms Anne Waiguru has an academic background and
experience in economic and public
policy. She holds a

Ms Waiguru is the Director,
Integrated Financial
Management and Information System (IFMIS), and, Head of

at the National Treasury.
She served briefly as
a Senior Public Sector Manager/ Assistant Vice President, at
Citigroup NA. Previously, Ms. Waiguru served as a Te
chnical
Advisor in the
Cabinet Office, Office of the
President.

itially seconded by the World Bank (DC).
In the last two years, Ms Waiguru has led her IFMIS team at
the National Treasury to win three Awards for exemplary
performance in the Public Service. She was also nominated
two years ago, as one of the Top 40 Unde

Holy See and the Republic of Se
rbia and Permanent Delegate of
the Republic of Kenya to UNESCO.
Rayechelle has made substantial contribution to the advancement
of the rule of law in Kenya and to the development of legislation
and policy, for example:

Truth and Reconciliation Commission for Kenya;

Hassan WarioArero

He hails from Moyaledistrict of Marsabit County where his

and graduated in
1995
with a 2

Class Upper
Honours in the Degree of Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology.
In
1997
, Dr.
Wario
won the Chevening Scholarship through
the
British High Commission and proceeded to the University of
East Anglia in Norfork, England to pursue his Masters Degree.
He proceeded to undertake his PhD in Anthropology at the
same university, where he graduated in
2013
with a PhD
degree in Anthropol
ogy.
Dr. Wario joined the National Museums of Kenya in 1995.Dr.
Wario has extensive international work experience, having
worked for the British Museums for eight years. He brings an
impressive network within the heritage and related sectors
worldwide. He
is married with two children.

1990. In 2007 he joined Kenya Civil Aviation Authority as Manager

Kenya National Highways Authority and rose through the ranks to
become General Manager, Supply Chain and Support Services.

University of Nairobi, Master of Science in Engineering fro

Engineers Board of Kenya.
He is a fellow of the Institution of

restructuring of KPTC to create Telkom Kenya,

privatization of Telkom Kenya

Safaricom.

Chirchir
holds a Masters of Business Administration in
