Comedy in State House as Ruto and Uhuru disagree on Cabinet appointments

President Uhuru Kenyatta decides to allocate a Finance ministry post to Ruto, Ruto accepts the offer but then again, Uhuru decides to take the cabinet from Ruto to give it to his lieutenants from Central Kenya. According to a URP inside, this was one of the issues that stopped the cabinet naming that was supposed to happen on Wednesday night.
The reasons for this are not clear but according to TNA innermost strategist who did not wish to be named,The  
allocation of finance ministry to Ruto was a weapon Uhuru's men were trying to use against Ruto in order to portray him as a non performer. This is because there are not enough funds in the governemnt reserves to support the newly devolved system of government.
Many questions must be arising in the minds of Kenyans why this leaders are behaving in that manner. "Kenyans must know that Ruto and Uhuru were brought together by greed and not the ICC issue as most might think, greediness brought the two leaders together and it is now going to divide them." said Dr. William Wekesa of Kisii University department of social sciences. Dr. Wekesa further said that we might be headed to another elections in 2014 or 2015 because Uhuru has no MPs when it comes to toppling through a vote of no confidence, "even if central MPs decide to boycott the process he will still go because they are very few." the professor quips.
